Industrial Design is a creation of a two- or three-dimensional of a shape, composition or configuration of lines and colors or the combinations thereof. The shape or configuration of lines and colors could be an identity of a product, therefore, a consumer can easily identify the products they intended to buy.

Nowadays the consumer not only looking for the usage but also looking at the elegancy of the product. So an Industrial Design would need to have an aesthetics feature to improve the visual design of a product without losing its usability. This is seen to be beneficial for the producer of the products. It is also the same like Trademark and Patent, an Industrial Design registration needs to be requested by filing a design application at the Designs Office.
